Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive:

Once our team reviews your claim, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation. Requests reported after the stated timeframe may not be eligible for claims, so we strongly recommend checking your parcel immediately upon delivery.
